I Love Winter (not)

We're currently digging out here from our biggest February blizzard in 93 years, and an extremely cold air mass has moved in behind the storm. This is from our latest weather warning:

A WIND CHILL WARNING MEANS THAT A COMBINATION OF VERY COLD TEMPERATURES AND WIND WILL CREATE DANGEROUSLY LOW WIND CHILL VALUES. THIS WILL RESULT IN FROSTBITE AND LEAD TO HYPOTHERMIA OR DEATH IF PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN.

Gotta love wintertime in Wisconsin. On a positive note, my new car battery is holding up well in the cold weather. Looks like I changed it out just in time.

Wintertime rocks, especially when there aren't a lot of pansy Southerners around whining about the snow on the ground.

I miss Detroit. And I'm bitter.

And as we all know, Detroit is to Wisconsin as kissing a hot girl is to kissing your cousin.

Both aren't bad, but you really want the first more than the other. *grin*

Anytime the National Weather Service starts warning you that you can lose appendages, or your LIFE... it's time to rethink the 'ol location!

Makes things here seem downright tropical...

Bundle up!
